Mill Ride Golf & Country Club

"I recently joined Mill Ride Golf & Country Club as a Full Member. Having moved down from the area from Scotland I took up the offer of a trial round. I was very pleased with the overall design and condition of the course, even in late November. I was also impressed with clubhouse and practice facilities, and friendly and welcoming demeanour of the staff and members that I encountered. It was a very quick and easy decision to join".

Ian Fraser, November 2013

"Having visited a number of Golf courses in the local area, I decided to join Mill Ride as the standard of the course and the upkeep of the course far exceeded any I had previously visited. Full Membership is certainly well priced for the area and the facilities are also well maintained and always have a nice atmosphere. Mill Ride also has a halfwway house to which you can phone your orders at the 9th tee, the bacon sandwich completely sold it for me!"

Darren Nicholas, October 2013

"The reason I joined Mill Ride was location, I am 5 minutes away from the course. Secondly I think the course is challenging but fair with, in my opinion, two signature holes the 3rd and the 10th and finally the facilities which provide a wonderful 19th hole".

Kevin Bottwood, February 2013.

"My son and I have been looking for a combination of a challenging course, strong Junior development and a friendly warm atmosphere. Every time we visited and played as guests of a Member, we felt a genuine welcome. Joining the Club was the easy, simple next step to take. We look forward to getting more involved in competitions and many a challenging round".

Nick Boland, February 2013.

"I am delighted to be back as a Member of Mill Ride after an absence of 4 years due to work commitments. I am looking forward to playing the course again and becoming an active Member of the Club. I have really missed the whole Mill Ride experience and I can even join the Seniors now!".

Ken Wilson, February 2013.

"We decided to join Mill Ride as the Club is local, friendly and the course is a real challenge, exactly what we're looking for!"

West London Design & Print, February 2013.

"I re-joined Mill Ride Golf & Country Club as having previously been a corporate Member for some years, before taking a private membership at another local course since 2006, I came to the conclusion that Mill Ride represented better value for money. I know and love the course and clubhouse atmosphere, together with fine food at reasonable prices, persuaded me that I should return, renew some old acquaintances and play my Golf at Mill Ride"

Clive Collins, February 2013.

"Having moved from another very local Golf Club I have found Mill Ride extremely accommodating. A beautiful course with challenging and rewarding qualities. Also the fact that it has remained open almost entirely through the wet Winter when many other Clubs closed, speaks volumes of its commitment to its Golfers. The warm friendly reception from the Clubhouse and fellow Member's is a bonus!"

Lloyd Gorman, January 2013.

"Mill Ride is a beautiful course that looks much more mature than its age. We first played it during a period of awful weather and the course remained in great playable condition and I can't wait until the summer! Mill Ride is a great looking course and a welcome challenge that will hopefully bring my handicap down".

Luke Gorman, January 2013.
